• CrossFit

    These are 60 min classes that incorporate Functional Strength and Conditioning with elements intensity. We follow the Mayhem Nation Program.

  • Core & Conditioning

    These are 45 min Classes where you’ll focus on HIIT & “boot camp” style workouts. Expect to see Bodyweight, Dumbbell movements and lighter loadings moving for longer durations of time.

  • Barbell Club

    Barbell Club are 60 min classes containing Weightlifting and Powerlifting elements. We focus on building technique, confidence, and strength.

  • Yoga

    This 60 min class has Hatha as it’s core, and will blend in vinyasa and power. Expect to focus on alignment and a connection of breath to motion. This class is fun and challenging yet accessible. Beginners are encouraged.
